My love for animals started at a very young age and is fierce, unconditional, and evergrowing. I have been pursuing the art of loving dogs as a profession for the last 5.5 years and have loved every minute of it! I began Maddawgs with the goal of offering exceptional pet care to the pet parents of Sherwood Park. As a pet owner, I know how hard it can be to find reliable and trustworthy care for our pets. That is why I work tirelessly to ensure the safety and happiness of every pet I am fortunate enough to work with while also growing trusting and personable relationships with my pet parents.

Lauren has over 4 years in the petcare industry and it shows!! Her positive attitude, fearless demeanour, and sound knowledge regarding animal behaviour, makes her a perfect fit for dogs with a little extra spunk! We can’t wait for you to meet her!

Jade is an animal loving, energetic, ray of sunshine that brings a special energy to our group! Not only does she own more animals than anyone else on the team, but she brings the knowledge she acquired in Veterinary Technician school in order to be on her A game each and every service!

Helen is filled with knowledge and offers an exceptional amount of experience in the field. Not only is she an animal lover and owner herself, but she brings a calm and level headed demeanor to all of her services. Gemma is an absolute delight to be around. When she moved here from England in 2016, she began working in the petcare industry and has not looked back since! With 8 years of experience in the petcare world, her obvious love for animals, and her eagerness to continue learning about animal behaviour, we know you will love her just as much as we do! Gemma’s favourite service is the private walk, as she loves to work one-on-one with animals to create a unique and treasured bond.

Coral is our first dedicated house sitter to join Maddawgs! She has over 4 years of house sitting experience, and brings a calm, intelligent, and trustworthy personality to her work. Coral feels that the biggest thing missing in most in-home house sitting experiences is proper communication, which is why she prioritizes sending fun videos, and comedic and detailed reports every single day! Cara joins our team as a dog walker with 3 years of professional petcare experience. She loves all animals, with a special love for dogs and cats! Her previous work as a 911 operator for the K9 team has solidified her exceptional communication skills, making her an excellent and trustworthy addition to the Maddawgs team!

Michelle has owned dogs her whole life, and joins our team with over 4 years of pet sitting experience. While her favourite breed is a basset hound, she holds a deep appreciation for dogs of all shapes and sizes! She brings a wealth of knowledge about dog behaviour with her, including extensive experience dealing with dog reactivity. When you combine her experience with her eagerness to provide exceptional care to families, we have no doubt that she will quickly find a place in your pets heart.

Noah has been working around in petcare since 2016 starting in the Doggy Daycare industry. He’s made countless furry friends over the years and even adopted a long time boarding pup in a time of need. Here at Maddawgs Noah handles a lot of our behind the scenes work, whether that be newsletters, emails, of even working on this here website!
